What you will do

• Balance creativity and technical excellence in video and motion design work.
• Translate complex B2B business or technology stories into compelling visuals.
• Manage the entire creative process from concept creation to final delivery across multiple formats.
• Adhere to and enhance hirify.global's corporate identity and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Video and Motion Designer (preferably agency or business).
• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Illustrator).
• Strong and diverse portfolio to prove your skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to consistently check work quality.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrable ability to grasp complex business topics and simplify/visualize accordingly.
