What you will do

  • Define market opportunities, shape product narratives, and influence feature sets with customer insights.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaign planning from concept to execution.
  • Align and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, creative, performance marketing, CRM, PR).
  • Act as project lead for campaign initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Implement multi-channel reporting, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing campaigns with product and feature launches.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in campaign management, product marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with key advertising platforms and AI-driven tools.
  • Experience working on international campaigns and adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.

Nice to have

  • E-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods experience.
  • A genuine interest in luxury goods, particularly high-end watches.
