What you will do

• Support performance analysis and optimization across digital and offline acquisition channels.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor acquisition performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover audience behaviors and support experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal data teams and external agencies to enhance measurement and reporting frameworks.
• Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role with minimum 50% office presence in London, UK
• 2-3 years experience as Data or Marketing Analyst, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, Snowflake, Google Big Query.
• Experience with marketing mix modelling, attribution analysis, and digital marketing data sources.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Python or R.
• English: B2 level or higher required
