Location: London, United Kingdom. This is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location. Hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Support Analytics Managers with campaign coordination and lifecycle management.
• Become proficient in hirify.global and industry systems and tools.
• Build internal relationships across disciplines and countries.
• Analyze data, find insights, and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Collate data and support reporting delivery for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and client calls.

Requirements

• Some analytical experience, ideally in a digital or marketing environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Diligence, detail-orientation, and proactive problem-solving and learning.
• Curiosity and adaptability, keen to develop new technical skills (SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, or similar).
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
