What you will do

• Manage day-to-day deal onboarding and vehicle books and records
• Produce monthly KPI reporting for the structuring business
• Coordinate and execute AML/KYC checks with Compliance team
• Support post-transaction reporting and corporate actions
• Assist Finance with fee calculations and invoicing
• Drive small projects to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics and/or Finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Understanding of risk management and compliance principles
• 1-2 years experience in financial services industry is valuable but not mandatory
• Autonomous, analytical, problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability
