What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to build and evolve hirify.global, focusing on after-sales experiences for B2C customers, agents, and B2B sellers.
• Contribute to the product roadmap, advocating for the right approach, prioritization, and execution.
• Collaborate with user researchers to clarify ambiguous problems using relevant user insights and data.
• Advocate for and facilitate design methods and tools to deliver effective solutions for customers and business.
• Ensure clarity and comprehension of proposed ideas and solutions through documentation and collaboration.
• Proactively communicate progress, learnings, and goals internally and externally.

Requirements

• English: C1 (perfectly fluent) required
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience working in a growing design & research team, delivering impact with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of design methods and craft, with a collection of examples of successful impact.
• Obsessive about UX or UI design, with attention to detail regarding edge cases, hierarchy, and contrast.
• Deliver designs with a systematic approach and think about interfaces as dynamic experiences.

Nice to have

• B2B design experience.
• Familiarity with new design tools and technologies.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching other designers.
• Comfortable voicing opinions and challenging the status quo responsibly.
