What you will do

• Lead development within a large-scale insurance project using Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Drive configuration, development, and integration across multiple Guidewire modules.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery quality, including assigning work, code reviews, and ensuring best practices.

Requirements

• Guidewire ACE certifications required.
• At least 5 years of Guidewire expertise.
• Deep hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration across at least one major module: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Proven capability leading development teams, assigning work, conducting code reviews, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Strong Gosu programming skills and extensive expertise across the full SDLC.
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL) and experience with SOAP/REST web services.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and Git, plus experience in Agile delivery.
• Ability to interact with BAs, architects, onshore leads; provide estimations; manage risks; create design documents.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Document management integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Java/J2EE and ability to work with GW platform extensions.
• Experience with Cloud, performance optimization, and GW Cloud best practices.
