What you will do
- Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects and guide clients through implementation journeys.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Drive successful adoption of hirify.global products by preparing and educating client internal teams.
- Establish clear project plans and communication workflows to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing or implementation-focused environment.
- Experience with KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
