Project Manager

Project Manager (Project Management): Manage and execute multiple high-paced creative projects for global clients with an accent on creative strategy, budgeting, and AI integration. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, client communication, and delivering impactful creative solutions.

What you will do

• Manage 20+ concurrent creative projects from strategy to production, including scoping, budgeting, planning, and execution
• Clarify customer objectives and translate them into creative briefs and recommendations
• Build and empower account teams collaborating with creatives to deliver solutions
• Partner with customers to leverage creative teams and AI capabilities
• Identify growth opportunities and manage customer retention
• Motivate teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer
• Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration
• Experience managing multiple accounts and understanding creative communication
• Familiarity with project management tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello)
• Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, branding, and Adobe Suite/Figma
• Interest and some knowledge of AI creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT)
