What you will do
- Own end-to-end test strategy for complex, cross-team products.

- Drive non-functional testing strategies (performance, reliability, device testing).
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on software testing experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in defining test strategy and automation leadership.
- Strong technical depth across frameworks, tools, and quality engineering.
- Experience in influencing architecture, processes, and cross-team delivery.
- Ability to operate independently in complex technical environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or device testing.
- Background in contract testing, performance engineering, or release quality governance.
- Experience building QA communities or frameworks.
