What you will do

• Drive and document ML/GenAI data collection solutions based on customer research objectives
• Coordinate across teams to ensure delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Own and manage relationships with customer scientists as a trusted technical advisor
• Provide consultation on ML workflows and data collection best practices
• Monitor and optimize data collection health metrics
• Drive customer adoption by delivering technical value and excellent customer experience

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• 2+ years experience in ML data operations and data annotation workflows
• Strong customer communication and technical consultation skills
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of JSON, Command Line, and Python
• Project management and technical account management experience
• Background in customer success or solution consulting
