What you will do
- Plan and coordinate hirify.global’s global events calendar, including virtual sessions, webinars, field events, and industry conferences.
- Partner with the Senior Demand Gen Manager and broader marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics.
- Manage the day-to-day logistics for events, including vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, and speaker preparation.
- Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, paid, and partner channels.
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and registration workflows for events.
- Track event performance, share insights, and maintain documentation for continuous improvement and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting or running a mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activations.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling timelines, tasks, and teams.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams and supporting event-driven follow-up.
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, hirify.global, Marketo) and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Livestorm, Zoom, ON24) and event management tools.
- Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, attribution, and event funnel performance.
- Ability to travel 15%+ for field events, conferences, and onsite support.
