What you will do

• Lead the Payments sub-domain, accountable for outcomes, ensuring quality, effective, and timely product delivery.
• Lead, develop, and coach product, engineering, and design teams through discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
• Establish and drive a culture of customer closeness across the team, using an iterative approach.
• Coach the use of agile methodologies.
• Drive product metrics that demonstrate product impact for customers and the business.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial leaders, ensuring OKRs and roadmaps align with key business goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market across multiple squads.
• Experience in the digital payments sector within a high payment volume business, including international methods and multi-currency systems.
• Strong grasp of payment ecosystems and financial systems.
• Strong experience of developing consumer products.
• Team leadership experience, developing and coaching squads to achieve shared objectives.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies and OKR definition & tracking.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with payments compliance for international markets.
