What you will do

• Develop and own EMEA-specific product marketing strategy supporting regional sales and adoption of identity and access management solutions.
• Lead regional product launches, tailoring global campaigns to local market needs including translation and cultural adaptation.
• Provide customer and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and marketing priorities.
• Enable sales and channel teams with localized training, assets, and customer success stories.
• Represent hirify.global as a regional product expert and thought leader at industry events and advisory boards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and execution.

Requirements

• Location: Remote UK preferred or within EMEA region
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related technical field.
• 8+ years B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in identity and access security (IAM, SSO, MFA, zero trust).
• Proven success driving go-to-market strategies across multiple EMEA countries and languages.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.

Nice to have

• Product marketing or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMA, Security+).
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity.
