What you will do

• Engage with clients to understand business processes and identify Salesforce Revenue Cloud needs.
• Analyze requirements and recommend tailored Salesforce CPQ and RCA solutions.
• Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and customize Revenue Cloud functionalities.
• Conduct client training sessions and workshops for effective solution adoption.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote within 50 states with some exceptions)
• Proven experience as Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst with Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and documentation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical clients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
