What you will do

• Mentor a team delivering world-class e-commerce strategies and tactics.
• Develop and deliver retail strategy including sales forecasting and digital media planning.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Plan and oversee PPC campaigns across multiple retail media networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across organizational levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and drive success.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with presence in Seattle office Monday-Thursday
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years account management experience in retail media or e-commerce.
• 6+ years experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and insights.
• 2+ years management experience leading direct or cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills using data.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or similar data manipulation tools.
• Experience in startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environments.
