What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud infrastructure and SRE specialists.
- Define and execute strategic vision for cloud infrastructure focusing on automation, cost efficiency, and high availability.
- Create infrastructure patterns and frameworks enabling autonomous service deployment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Attract, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin or able to work onsite.
- Proven experience managing DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
