What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud infrastructure and SRE specialists.
• Define and execute strategic vision for cloud infrastructure focusing on automation, cost efficiency, and high availability.
• Create infrastructure patterns and frameworks enabling autonomous service deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Attract, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin or able to work onsite.
• Proven experience managing DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
