What you will do

• Mentor and coach QA engineers to support their growth and development
• Lead QA team meetings and coordinate testing efforts across multiple platforms
• Develop and execute test plans, automated test scripts, and manage defect lifecycle
• Collaborate with development teams to provide early feedback and ensure product quality
• Drive implementation of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Improve QA methodologies, workflows, and foster a culture of quality ownership

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Hamburg, Germany
• 4-6 years of software QA experience including 1-2 years in a lead role
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Strong communication skills and proactive collaboration with developers and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
