What you will do

• Analyze complex on-chain and off-chain data to drive business and product insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that communicate clear narratives.
• Define and track key performance indicators across product and business functions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable pipelines and scalable infrastructure.
• Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product changes.
• Support product, strategy, and growth teams with tailored, high-impact analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or revenue analytics within fintech, web3 or digital product companies.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Expertise in experimentation frameworks and statistical testing.
• Fluency with defining KPIs, data visualization, and dashboarding.
• Hands-on familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (Dune, Etherscan, etc.).
• Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• English: B2 required
