What you will do

• Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend systems using TypeScript and NestJS.
• Own projects end-to-end, delivering, maintaining, and improving critical services.
• Integrate external services and enable data-driven features for experimentation and A/B testing.
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture, and set engineering standards.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany for on-site work
• Strong experience in backend web development and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and related technologies in production.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for work impact.
• English: Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
