What you will do
- Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend systems using TypeScript and NestJS.
- Own projects end-to-end, delivering, maintaining, and improving critical services.
- Integrate external services and enable data-driven features for experimentation and A/B testing.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture, and set engineering standards.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany for on-site work
- Strong experience in backend web development and scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and related technologies in production.
- Ownership mindset with responsibility for work impact.
- English: Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
