What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal teams to manage expectations and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Manage project lifecycle, risks, changes, and escalations proactively.
• Collaborate with QA and other project managers to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience in project management including process development and execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Basecamp.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
