What you will do

• Manage the entire life cycle of big events from the sales and legal contract signing through to the event's final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
• Oversee and coordinate tasks across various departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A resources for the user support team to handle potential user incidents.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for achieving project goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English.
• Possess strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Be solution-focused, identifying problems and creating plans for resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Ability to coordinate other departments, deliver results in ambiguous environments, and think strategically.
