What you will do

• Facilitate collaboration across product teams and stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and establish governance to protect delivery timelines.
• Oversee marketing content publishing workflows ensuring brand compliance and quality control.
• Champion AI tool adoption to streamline workflows and maintain AI models for productivity gains.
• Deliver executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI tracking to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement process improvements using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Ottawa, Canada.
• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product management.
• Post-secondary education in business, project management, marketing, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, structured approach with strong decision-making and analytical skills.
