What you will do

• Own and execute regional partner strategy for EMEA & APAC, including ecosystem development.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing partner sales team across multiple geographies.
• Prioritize and grow strategic alliances with key partners like AWS, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and Capgemini.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams to ensure alignment and partner success.
• Drive partner productivity, sourced revenue, and measurable impact on regional growth.

Requirements

• Proven leader with executive presence and a track record of leading distributed teams across diverse markets.
• Ability to influence both internal stakeholders and senior leaders within global partner organizations.
• Experience overseeing, developing, and scaling a partner sales organization.
• Strong background in driving operational excellence and establishing a product as a preferred partner.
• Deep understanding of hyperscalers, GSIs, SIs, and regional specialists.
