Location: Fully Remote (London, Jacksonville)

What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of customer lifecycle and key personas to inform marketing strategies
  • Create and execute global marketing plans driving customer adoption and optimization
  • Manage marketing programs end-to-end including agency relationships and budgets
  • Track and report campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with field marketing, digital teams, and customer success to develop content and share best practices
  • Provide input to marketing automation systems to improve campaign agility

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and B2B cloud solutions
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), and analytics tools (Domo, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Background in accounts payable automation, procurement, or spend management software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Ability to work fully remote from London or Jacksonville
  • English proficiency at least B2 level
