Location: Hybrid in Venlo, Netherlands or Olen, Belgium

What you will do

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound outreach to generate and engage new leads across EMEA markets.
  • Monitor and analyze buyer intent signals using ABM and intent data tools to prioritize high-potential accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach, engagement, and account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support ABM campaign development and provide feedback to refine targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work based in Venlo (Netherlands) or Olen (Belgium)
  • English: B2 level or higher required
  • 2–4 years experience in lead generation, marketing, sales support, or business development.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of account-based marketing principles.
  • Experience with outbound outreach and lead qualification in B2B or industrial technology sectors.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with intent data providers like 6sense or Demandbase.
