What you will do

• Ideate, brainstorm, and build impressive financial features.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs and web applications.
• Test new features, troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and document code.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Help build CI/CD, monitoring, and testing practices.
• Develop skills and learn from other team areas.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend or FullStack engineer using Javascript/Typescript + Node.JS.
• Experience scaling distributed systems with large data volumes.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture design patterns and coding best practices.
• Comfortable with testing environments and passionate about high quality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adjust priorities.
• Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NodeJS, React, Redux, Storybook, Express, Cypress, Jest, MongoDB, Python, GCP, Gitlab CI/CD.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of tracking test coverage tools and quality monitoring.
• Previous experience in the financial industry or fintech.
• International experience and additional languages.
• Collaboration in open-source projects.
