What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Account Management team across APAC.
- Define and execute regional account management strategy aligned with global goals.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to demonstrate platform value and ROI.
- Own regional renewal and upsell targets to drive revenue growth.
- Implement scalable processes and use data to improve customer health and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be legally able to work in the APAC region, specifically Sydney.
- 10+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with 5+ years leadership experience.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS, preferably in procurement or spend management.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive relationship management skills.
- Experience managing teams across multiple regions or time zones.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset.
