What you will do

• Design and curate learning journeys, e-learning modules, face-to-face, VILT, and blended learning programs
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered experiences
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend effective learning solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices in learning design and technology
• Collaborate with internal and external content providers including Microsoft, AWS, and Google
• Manage multiple projects including timelines, resources, and communications

Requirements

• Higher education degree in instructional design, educational technology, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in eLearning or instructional design for adult learners
• Familiarity with online, classroom, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning approaches
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, AI-based platforms, and LMS like Docebo, Percipio
• Fluent/professional English required
• Valid working visa required for Colombia
