Internship Program (AI)

TL;DR

AI Internship Program (AI): Working directly with the AI Inference team to improve serving latency and throughput of models behind hirify.global products with an accent on state-of-the-art inference optimizations and quantization schemes. Focus on optimizing inference across the entire stack, from GPU kernels to serving endpoints, and maintaining large GPU clusters.

Location: Hybrid in London office (3 days from the office, 2 days WFH). Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas for UK work.

What you will do

• Improve serving latency and throughput with the inference team.
• Implement support for new models, state-of-the-art inference optimizations, or quantization schemes.
• Optimize inference across the entire stack, from GPU kernels to serving endpoints.

Requirements

• Strong engineering track record with proven knowledge of fundamentals and programming languages (multi-threaded programming, networking, compilation, systems programming).
• Pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science with a focus on performance-related subjects (HPC, Compilers, Distributed Systems).
• Experience with ML frameworks (Torch, JAX).
• Experience with GPU programming (CUDA, Triton).
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (OpenMPI).
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
