What you will do
- Conduct qualitative user research (interviews, usability testing).
- Identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and provide actionable product improvement recommendations.
- Analyse competitors and user experiences.
- Visualise research findings using presentations, reports, and CJMs.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX research (B2C).
- Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods.
- Ability to lead research from goal setting to results presentation.
- Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with quantitative research.
- UX portfolio with case studies.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
