What you will do

• Conduct competitor and market research to understand user behaviors and needs.
• Analyze existing user interfaces and design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Visily or Figma.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and usability studies to support decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless UX.
• Test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, and analytics.

Requirements

• Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone.
• 2+ years experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Visily, Figma, and similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience with AI-driven UX research tools and methodologies.
