Position: UX Researcher / UX Designer
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Europe preferred)
Employment: Full‑time
INXY Payments is building the future of crypto payments. We’re scaling fast and looking for a product thinker to combine research (60%) and design (40%), making our fintech solutions intuitive, accessible, and user‑driven.
What you’ll do:
- Run interviews, usability tests, and UX audits
- Identify user segments, pain points, and insights
- Translate findings into roadmap recommendations
- Design flows, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Support devs and collaborate with Marketing
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years in UX Research/Design
- Knows research methods & usability/accessibility principles
- Skilled in prototyping and interface design (Figma)
Nice to have:
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, or complex B2B products
