What you will do

• Own execution and QA of lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, push, and home screen placements
• Translate audience strategies into actionable segments, attributes, and automations
• Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations with new tools and automation
• Manage communication calendar ensuring message quality and relevance
• Analyze campaign performance data and propose optimizations
• Build and QA email templates, landing pages, and workflow automations using HTML, CSS, and SQL

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• 2+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or marketing technology
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar ESPs
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic SQL
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong problem-solving and autonomous work ability

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C marketing and managing high-volume campaigns
