What you will do

• Design, implement, optimize, and debug SDK components for advertising integration in browsers.
• Collaborate globally to build cross-platform solutions reaching millions of users.
• Drive design documentation and project planning with stakeholders.
• Act as Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system monitoring and incident response.
• Continuously improve performance, security, and developer experience of SDKs.
• Stay updated on new technical trends and apply them to improve product reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Redmond, United States with office presence expected at least four days per week within a 50-mile commute
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years writing web application code for browsers with knowledge of rendering pipelines and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and security screenings.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)

Nice to have

• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns and modular architecture.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue and state management.
• Knowledge of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend automated testing tools like Jest and Playwright.
