Salary: $150,400–$260,000/year

What you will do

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions for real-world challenges.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their business problems and aid in the implementation of generative AI solutions.
• Guide customers on adoption patterns and paths to production for generative AI solutions.
• Help customers build solutions through approaches such as prompt engineering, model selection, agentic framework, training, or fine-tuning.
• Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to help define product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
