What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning scientists to develop state-of-the-art search and discovery algorithms.
• Oversee research, design, and implementation of scalable machine learning models to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to integrate machine learning solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, utilizing advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Stay updated with advancements in machine learning and AI, incorporating relevant innovations for competitive edge.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality, performance, and fairness of models in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of proven work experience in Software Engineering and applying machine learning techniques.
• 2+ years management experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval.
• Hands-on experience in deploying models in production at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (employer participates in E-Verify, I-9).
