What you will do

• Research and implement advanced ML approaches including generative AI and large language models
• Develop and deploy ML solutions across ranking, personalization, NLP, computer vision, and recommender systems
• Drive end-to-end projects handling petabytes of data and ambiguous problems at scale
• Build, optimize, and deploy ML models collaborating with engineers, product managers, and scientists
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact
• Develop scalable processes for model development, validation, and deployment balancing monetization and customer experience

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work onsite
• 5+ years of experience building ML models for business applications
• PhD or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python or related languages
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy
• Experience with large scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark
