What you will do

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and Generative AI solutions for enhanced customer experience.
• Tackle complex inference problems from long-tail traveler data and multi-objective optimization in customer service.
• Build and execute a high-impact vision for predictive modeling and Generative AI to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Design end-to-end models by applying advanced statistical methods and incorporating the latest academic research.
• Lead and mentor others in machine learning activities, ensuring robust solutions with high business impact.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in more than one major ML programming language (Python, R, Scala).
• Deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
• Strong experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases).
• In-depth understanding of machine learning theory, advanced statistical methods, and causal inference.
• Experience leading large data science technical programs with cross-functional teams (10+).

Nice to have

• Advanced experimental design, such as adaptive designs.
• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge and experience in charting packages and libraries.
