What you will do

• Lead agile delivery across multiple squads simultaneously.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to balance priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues, and communicate transparently.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple squads simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, and Business functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a servant leadership approach.
