What you will do

• Manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.
• Ensure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments.
• Implement and manage replication chains, partitioning/sharding, and backups.
• Assist development teams in creating, optimizing, and problem-solving with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.
• Troubleshoot database issues.
• Drive automation for infrastructure and database lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study.
• Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL).
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Bash/Python).
• Team management experience.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
