What you will do
- Provide L2/L3 application support during shifts.
- Proactively monitor system health and respond to incidents.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across infrastructure, networking, databases, and application layers.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts using observability tools.
- Automate operational tasks using Bash/Python.
- Work with Kubernetes and Docker in day-to-day support operations.
Requirements
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- 2+ years of Application Support experience.
- Proficiency in Bash/Python for automation and scripting.
- Experience with basic SQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis databases.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or ELK.
- Working knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking basics, including DNS, L4/L7 concepts, and Load Balancers.
- English: B2+ required.
