What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 application support during shifts.
• Proactively monitor system health and respond to incidents.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across infrastructure, networking, databases, and application layers.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts using observability tools.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash/Python.
• Work with Kubernetes and Docker in day-to-day support operations.

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration skills.
• 2+ years of Application Support experience.
• Proficiency in Bash/Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with basic SQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis databases.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or ELK.
• Working knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking basics, including DNS, L4/L7 concepts, and Load Balancers.
• English: B2+ required.
