What you will do

• Manage and optimize server infrastructure across hybrid environments (AWS, VMware)
• Configure, patch, and monitor Windows and Linux operating systems
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
• Drive automation and self-service capabilities to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor system health and support incident response with tools like CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Automation teams to ensure compliance and alignment with standards

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Sofia, Bulgaria
• 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure/cloud operations with hands-on Windows or Linux server OS
• Familiarity with AWS services and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and automation
• Understanding of monitoring and incident management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in diverse teams
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2)
• Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell
• Relevant university degree or technical specialty
