What you will do

• Work remotely or from the Fireart office.
• Collaborate with international clients (80% US+UK).
• Partner with Project Managers, Frontend, and Mobile developers within a project team.
• Create RESTful API backends from scratch.
• Prepare Postman collections for API testing.
• Perform Code Reviews for other projects and developers.
• Prepare proper logic flow based on documentation, business requirements, and client conversations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience or 2+ years Node.js experience.
• Good knowledge of Node.js and building RESTful API with Express.
• Practical experience with TypeScript.
• Ability to create complicated logic flow based on business requirements.
• Experience with Mongo/DynamoDB.
• Expert understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• High productivity, effective time management, and experience with Scrum/Agile SDLC.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Firebase.
• Knowledge of MQ technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and applicable protocols (MQTT, AMQP).
• Experience with multimedia communication protocols (WebRTC, RTMP, RTSP, HLS).
• Experience with other backend technologies.
