What you will do

• Support and evolve Kubernetes-based compute platform on AWS focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Iterate on GitOps workflows using Argo CD and Argo Rollouts for automated deployments.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Manage secure, multi-tenant infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems, container orchestration, and platform observability issues.
• Collaborate with platform and product engineers to propagate best practices and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Belgrade or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain
• 2+ years of infrastructure experience, ideally in platform teams.
• Experience with Kubernetes internals, AWS services, Terraform, and GitOps tooling.
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python programming.
• Strong English communication skills.
