What you will do

• Support and enhance integrations between Workday and a variety of connected platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems architecture, optimizing data workflows.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve HRIS integration issues.
• Gather requirements to design and implement new or modify existing integrations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for systems configuration and integration flows.
• Participate in testing activities and support Workday enhancement projects and releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday security.
• Strong working knowledge of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience designing, building, documenting, and supporting HRIS integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, or Core Connectors.
• Familiarity with data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and Workday Web Services/APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
