What you will do
- Lead multiple cross-functional technical projects across Health Markets business units.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Manage dependencies, blockers, and change control for projects.
- Monitor and report project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communications and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects through completion.
Requirements
- Extensive experience running multiple technical projects through the end-to-end development life cycle.
- Familiarity and expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related deployment concepts.
- Clinical healthcare software experience preferred.
