What you will do

• Lead multiple cross-functional technical projects across Health Markets business units.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
• Manage dependencies, blockers, and change control for projects.
• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communications and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects through completion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience running multiple technical projects through the end-to-end development life cycle.
• Familiarity and expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related deployment concepts.
• Clinical healthcare software experience preferred.
