What you will do

• Work with development teams using agile frameworks to deliver software iteratively and effectively
• Identify and remove impediments to progress
• Coach and mentor agile team members on agile standards and principles
• Facilitate agile events and group workshops to improve collaboration
• Maintain and report relevant metrics to track progress
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational improvements

Requirements

• Location: United States, Missouri, Springfield
• 1-2+ years of experience working in an agile environment
• Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to communicate technical issues at a high level
• Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Committed to iterative delivery of high-quality work
