Salary: $189.6K – $260.7K

What you will do

• Contribute new Runtime features based on collaboration with Design and Product.
• Work with other hirify.global teams on integrating build tooling (Desktop, Hub).
• Maintain and evolve open source code bases.
• Collaborate with contributors to projects and with upstream projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience using a backend language (like Go, C, C++, or Rust).
• Experience developing for Linux.
• Expertise with containerization technologies (hirify.global, containerd, runc, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+).

Nice to have

• Prior contributions to open source projects.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like QEMU and VirtIO.
• Expertise in Linux networking, kernel, or other core components.
