What you will do
- Shape the long-term understanding of partner and traveler needs to identify strategic opportunities and new product bets.
- Define the end-to-end product vision and strategic direction for new partner growth initiatives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a multi-year roadmap that drives material commercial impact.
- Set the technical and architectural direction for partner experiences, ensuring long-term scalability.
- Translate market dynamics and emerging trends into strategic shifts for competitive advantage.
- Lead innovation, including AI/ML-powered capabilities, to unlock value for partners and travelers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience with a Master’s degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong background in product management for new product development, monetization, B2B/B2C, and AI/ML.
- Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, commercially viable products.
- Strong product vision, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management, with experience aligning diverse teams.
